To confirm your registration as a medical professional or an expert working in a company, organization, or institution in the healthcare sector, we will require an additional document or information.
This will allow us to provide you with enhanced opportunities within the platform (e.g., creating pages, content, and more).
Providing additional personal information in your profile is entirely at your discretion. If you wish, you may supplement your profile with data such as:
- Address of your practice
- Place of work
- Education
- Interests
- Professional medical publications
- Link to a web page
- Memberships in organizations
- Professional experience
- Position/title
- Languages
- Geo-location
- Date and month of birth
- Gender
The content on the Oklys website is accessible to every internet user and access does not depend on any consent for personal data processing. If you choose not to provide the minimally required data for registration, you will not be able to create a profile, but you will still be able to access the platform and use some of our services.
BestaMed stores your personal data for the duration you choose to use your user profile or until you decide to partially or fully withdraw your consent. If you decide to delete your user profile or part of your information, it may take up to 1 month for all your data to be removed from our systems. For legal reasons, we must retain data related to your consent to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and your consent for using your data for marketing purposes for a longer period.

In case we make changes, we will notify you through our website tools and/or by other means, giving you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect.
